I’m just sharing what happened with my own order. I placed order for some nail supplies from Premier Nail Source, and when I had question about the shipping/update, I couldn’t really get a clear answer.

I reached out to customer service few times, but the replies were slow and kind of vague. It felt like I had to keep following up just to get basic information, which got frustrating after while.

Overall, I don’t think I’d order from Premier Nail Source again unless the support improves. The products might be fine, but dealing with the customer service made whole experience feel disappointing

I ordered from Premier Nail Source and the products did show up fine, so I’ll give them that. But the shipping was slower than expected, especially since they made it sound like it would arrive sooner. I don’t love when a company sets one expectation and then doesn’t follow through. It wasn’t a total disaster, just kind of annoying. I might order again, but definitely not if I need anything quickly.

the quality was fine for what i got, just nothing that really wowed me. i might order again if there’s a sale, but next time i’d definitely compare prices first.

They’ve got a nice range of gels, tools, and all the basic nail things you’d expect. I did have to wander around a bit to find a couple items, but... I mean, the selection was solid, so not a big deal. I’d probably shop here again.

I ordered a few nail supplies after seeing a couple other people say their orders arrived correctly, and mine was the same experience. Everything I picked was in the box, with no wrong colors or missing items, so I was happy with that. Shipping wasn’t super fast, but it was normal. I’d probably order again, though I do wish the tracking updates were a little clearer.

I was disappointed with these. They looked nice at first, but they started chipping and one even broke after just a day, which feels like really poor quality, if that makes sense.

My order showed up in a completely crushed box, and one of the bottles had leaked everywhere. There was literally no padding inside, so it feels like it was guaranteed to arrive messed up. Super annoying, and I'm basically 100% sure I won't be ordering again.
